A veterinary clinic recently completed in Bingley. As with a lot of larger projects time became tight towards the end of the job, but the full electrical installation was completed in time for the open day. Metal basket tray and conduit systems were installed throughout the building, to support all power and data cables. These were installed above the suspended ceilings out of sight. Full electrical rewire in Crosshills

You know what I think is the MOST important thing a tradesman can do above all else? Deliver a great service.
This was a cold day down in this basement in Crosshills a few weeks back 🥶
The job was a full rewire of a 3 floored property, while it was still being lived in.
This always makes it much more challenging and time consuming.
More importantly it’s always more stressful for the customer. Dealing with the inevitable noise, dust and disruption the work causes.
This is where customer interaction is so important. Being able to effectively communicate and reassure people when they’re stressed out is a hugely important skill to learn. A skill that unfortunately a lot of tradesmen either forget or are not interested in learning.

Electrical Safety Inspection in Steeton

Its amazing some of the things you can find when testing and inspecting electrics. When things are installed poorly it can cause potentially dangerous situations. This is just a few photos I took during an electrical safety inspection in Steeton recently. Melting cables are never good!

This electric shower switch was not installed correctly, causing it to overheat and start to smoulder.

Garden lighting repair

At Adlin Smart Electrical we only believe in using quality materials and installation techniques. Garden lighting not only creates great scenes but is practical too. Outside lighting is exposed to the elements, making it even more vital that they are installed correctly. These LED spike lights were installed in a garden in Cononley, West Yorkshire.

Just finished up some electrical maintenance at a great holiday let in Skipton called Aire Vue. I installed some extra sockets and light fittings, while also carrying out an electrical safety inspection on the property, ahead of its letting in July.
