This was a cold day down in this basement in Crosshills a few weeks back 🥶
The job was a full rewire of a 3 floored property, while it was still being lived in.
This always makes it much more challenging and time consuming.
More importantly it’s always more stressful for the customer. Dealing with the inevitable noise, dust and disruption the work causes.
This is where customer interaction is so important. Being able to effectively communicate and reassure people when they’re stressed out is a hugely important skill to learn. A skill that unfortunately a lot of tradesmen either forget or are not interested in learning.
